Keong comes from Hong Kong to visit New York for his uncle's wedding. His uncle runs a market in the Bronx and Keong offers to help out while Uncle is on his honeymoon. During his stay in the Bronx, Keong befriends a neighbor kid and beats up some neighborhood thugs who cause problems at the market. One of those petty thugs in the local gang stumbles into a criminal situation way over his head.

Review
Jackie Chan sucks shit and this movie sucks shit. There are 2 fights in the movie. Just 2. Basically every action scene is either "Jackie Chan doesn't have a gun so he can't find people" or "the extra bad guys have uzis so people with lesser guns can't fight them". I like how the first woman we meet seems like she might be the love interest, and she's relatively age appropriate (10 years younger) only to bait and switch the audience with the woman about half his age. I'd forgive some of that if the rest of the movie was good but it isn't. This feels like the US through the eyes of Demolition Man, but instead of people being fun you have Chan giving moralizing monologues. And then the wildest thing is the credits where we get the clip show of people hurting them self at the behest of the stunt coordinator, one Jackie Chan. We see not one but two nameless extras/stunt doubles put into ambulances on the set. An absolutely insane thing to your in your credits. Starting to think Jackie Chan might have always been an asshole.
